ACTOR'S RETREAT
Berkeley, CA Finish Brotherhood Hall July 19 - 20, 2025 11am - 5pm These retreats are a unique blend of spiritual retreat and acting workshop. Mornings are devoted to voice and movement techniques that cultivate embodied presence. In the afternoons, we apply ourselves to scene work, and we finish each day envisioning and setting specific goals for the coming year. In this workshop you will develop in three ways: personally, artistically, and professionally: you will deepen your authentic self so you have more to give to the work, evolve your technical skills through targeted scene study, and refine your professional strategies to get your work into the world. You will leave with enough inspiration, warmth, and wisdom to last for months. |
